"My friend and I travel quite a bit to Central America but the first time in Isla Mujeres. We just happened to stumble on this hotel but boy are we glad we did. When we first saw it we thought it would be out of our price range. We travel a lot and so we can't afford to spend big bucks on rooms. But we said what the heck, lets just see how much thay want. We were glad we did. We scored a room on the top floor. What a fantastic view! The warm tropical breeze and the soothing sound of the crashing waves made for excellent sleeping. Sunrise was awsome. We ended up staying one day more than we had planned just because we were enjoying the pool (we don't find nice pools at most of the hotels we stay at.) The pool guy was fun. He flirted with my friend and I. Overall I can say we will be back. Hopefully, sooner than later." About the city; "Isla is a great little town. Not a party place. But if you just want to take a break and hang out it's a great place. Good food and pina coladas. Shopping wasn't that great. We didn't see any real bargains. We'll come back."
