| "This was my first visit to this pub and i was most disappointed with the attitude of the landlord towards me. I am coeliac (gluten intolerance) and politely asked which dishes were gluten free, but was brusquely informed by the landlord that "we do not stick our neck out for allergies".
I appreciate that it is not always easy to know on some dishes but this is no way to speak to customers. " | |
