| "On booking, the lady asked us to come after a particular time as she had an appointment on that day. We gave her our mobile number, called again to confirm the booking a few days before and arrived at the time she asked us to. The lady had given our room to someone else. No apology - she had our mobile to check we were still coming but we left without staying there as she was rude and unwelcoming. " About the city; "Delightful town. " | |
